At 43 years old, I bring over a decade of coaching experience in Canada, helping individuals build strength, resilience, and confidence through movement and performance training. Born and raised in Mexico City, throughout my journey, fitness became more than just exercise — it became a philosophy and a way of life. I believe that true strength goes far beyond aesthetics; it is about developing the body, mind, and character to handle life’s challenges with confidence and purpose. My coaching style combines functional strength, mobility, conditioning, and holistic wellness to help people reconnect with their own potential. Over the years, I have worked with clients from different backgrounds and fitness levels, guiding them toward sustainable results while showing them the multilayer aspects of strength to lift better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives.
What drives me most is the opportunity to inspire others to discover their own strength. I genuinely enjoy helping people realize that becoming stronger is possible for everyone, regardless of age, experience, or starting point. My mission is to create an environment where individuals feel supported, empowered, and motivated to push beyond their limitations. Whether through coaching, education, or personal example,
I am passionate about sharing the mindset and tools that have transformed my own life, so others can build resilience, confidence, and a stronger version of themselves every day.

How does in-home personal training work?
Our in-home personal training service is designed to make fitness convenient, personalized, and sustainable. We come directly to your home in Aurora and create workouts based on your goals, fitness level, mobility, and lifestyle. Sessions can take place in your living room, basement, garage, condo gym, or outdoor space.
Each session typically includes:
A mobility and breathing warm-up
Strength and conditioning training
Core and posture work
Recovery and cooldown strategies
We bring the coaching, structure, accountability, and guidance directly to you so you can focus on training without the stress of commuting to a gym.
Do I need to have my own equipment?
No. You can begin training with little or no equipment at all. Many clients start with bodyweight movements while building foundational strength, mobility, and coordination.
As you progress, we may incorporate:
Resistance bands
Dumbbells
Kettlebells
Suspension trainers
Mobility tools
At OG Training and Wellness, we can provide recommendations for affordable home equipment based on your goals and available space, but there is never pressure to build a full home gym immediately.
Can the program be customized for injuries, mobility, or specific goals?
Absolutely. Every program is fully customized to the individual. We work with clients of all fitness levels and adapt training based on:
Previous injuries
Mobility limitations
Postural imbalances
Chronic stiffness or pain
Athletic goals
Weight loss goals
Strength and muscle development
Longevity and functional fitness
Our approach focuses on building resilient humans, not just stronger muscles. We prioritize movement quality, breathing mechanics, posture, nervous system regulation, and sustainable progression to help clients move and feel better in everyday life.
How much does in-home personal training cost in Aurora?
Pricing depends on:
Session frequency
Session duration
Individual vs. partner training
Coaching goals
Program length
Most clients choose either:
2–3 sessions per week for consistency and accountability
12-week transformation programs
Monthly coaching memberships
Our programs are designed to provide long-term value through personalized coaching, progressive programming, lifestyle guidance, and ongoing support. During your consultation, we discuss your goals and recommend the best option for your schedule and budget.
What results can I realistically expect and how long will it take?
Results depend on consistency, recovery, nutrition, stress management, and training frequency. Most clients begin noticing improvements within the first 4–6 weeks, including:
Increased energy
Better mobility
More strength and endurance
Reduced stiffness and discomfort
Better confidence and daily function
Over 8–12 weeks, clients often experience significant physical and mental changes when they stay consistent with the program.
Our goal at OG Training and Wellness is not only to help you train harder, but to help you build a stronger, healthier, and more capable lifestyle that lasts long term.
